Alright so it was a cartoon from a while back. I can't describe it much because I only ever watched a few episodes of it. I found pictures in a YouTube video recently that reminded me of it but I can't remember because the character is anime form (not really sure if it was like that in the original cartoon). I wont stop thinking about it till I get an answer. I greatly appreciate whoever can answer this for me. (I'm very sorry for lack of information!)
