I can't manage to find any IOS apps that fit all 4 criteria

1. is 3d
2. Is a japaneese RPG (role playing game)
3. Has real time combat (no, eternal legacy does not count)
4. Is offline and has a story line (so 7 swords does not count)

An example of a game that fits all 4 criteria (exept for being an IOS game) is Kingdom Hearts.
