I've had Boost Mobile as a service provider for about 2 years from now. I'd always get about 2 or 3 bars in my room with a Samsung Galaxy Prevail. After a big storm hit my state, which is Virginia, my cell phones reception became very poor in my room, I only get one or 2 bars and sometimes, it just completely drops. Today, I bought a Samsung Ultra Transform, hoping it make a difference but got nothing. Would calling Costumer Support resolve my problem in anyway? I don't want to waste any more money.
