Unlocked IPhone 3GS on 6.15.00 base band?

I have a iPhone 3GS that is jailbroken on 5.1.1 IOS and Im trying to unlock it with no success. I also have 6.15.00 Base band. I use Redsn0w to download Ipad baseband files and I get Ultrasn0w from Cydia but the iPhone just stays on No Service. HELP!

To which network has your iPhone 3GS been locked to. The safest and easiest method to unlock an iPhone is to unlock through remote unlocking method. It is also an affordable method too. you can get the remote unlocking for an iPhone 3G S from www.wickedunlock.com/apple-iphone-3g-s/rs11wp9/ at affordable cost.
Here are the steps for unlocking an iPhone 3G S,
    1. Wait for us to send you an email saying your phone has been activated or remotely unlocked.
    2. Install the latest version of iTunes.
    3. Make sure your Apple iPhone 3G S phone software is updated to the latest version using the iTunes software.
    4. Connect your Apple iPhone 3G S to iTunes with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM card.
    5. Wait until iTunes detects your Apple iPhone 3G S.
    6. Disconnect your Apple iPhone 3G S and reconnect it after 10 seconds.
    7. Your Apple iPhone 3G S is now unlocked.
