So I set off my anti theft by unlocking the car through the window (left rolled down, reached in, honk honk honk). My manual was at home because I'd just bought the car, so I didn't know how to deactivate it. So I pulled some relays until I found the horn relay.

Now I've gotten it home, learned that to disable the anti theft you just turn the lock cylinder from the outside with a key, so I got the horn and lights to stop flashing, but the fuel pump didn't turn back on. When I jump it, there is no gas. It's evident (to me) that it's the fuel pump.

So what could I have done? Will pulling live relays cause them to blow? How do I inspect one? I'll follow up any answers immediately with more details. Thanks a ton guys.
IN REGARD TO THE FIRST ANSWER:

The battery was dead overnight the first night it happened, wouldn't that have the same effect? And by dead I mean dead as a door knob.
