1997 Honda Prelude - What do you call the black plastic thing under the front bumper turning lights?

Just hit a big dang tree limb and it broke the turning lights and bent the black plastic thing that's under the turning lights. A lot of Prelude owners swap these black plastic things out for additional fog lights. What is it called?
