i have the sanyo innuendo through boost mobile, and i dont know how to add music to the phone. Through the menu on the phone there is a Music player, but if i click on it it says "no music files to display" and then it wont open. I tried adding music to my SD card on my computer, i put them in a file on the card labeled "my music" but when i put it in the phone, it still says i have no music.. How do i put the music on there to actually use it?

PLEASEEE help, ive had the phone for almost a year and i STILL dont know. also, theres nothing in the manual that came with it about it, so i dont know where else to turn.
