I have a crappy tmobile dart. And the other day i found a boost mobile warp phone. I know boost mobile has a built in sim card but is it possible to take the boost sim out and place it with my sim card after i unlock it. Or could i take it to a shop that does the work and pay them to do it.

No that will not work.
AT&T and T-Mobile phones use GSM technology phones and can be used on each others networks.
Sprint(Boost) and Verizon use CDMA technology phones.
