My dad works for US Cellular as of around a year ago. We literally just bought US Cellular phones a week ago. One of the phones we bought was the Samsung Galaxy S 3 which cost $550, my dad bought a phone a while ago, and mine and my sister's phone each cost $80. Today we found out that Sprint bought out some markets from US Cellular including the Chicago area which we are located. We will most likely be moved over to Sprint. I am about 90% sure that our US Cellular phones will not be compatible with the Sprint Network. We just payed a lot of money for phones. What will they do for us? Will we just be screwed and have to pay more money?
