Out of all the free agent qb's in my league I've narrowed it down to Rivers and Tannehill because they have the best matchups. Rivers is playing Tampa Bay which is the 31st ranked pass defense in the league. And Tannehill is facing Tennessee which is the 30th ranked pass defense in the league.
