I am enrolled in a Virgin Mobile plan. I currently own a LG Optimus. I think it is time to get a new phone, but I can't decide. Can someone help?

I've narrowed it down to the Kyocera Rise and the HTC One V.
They both operate on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
