How many kilometres or miles per hour does this wind have to blow to be able to lift/pick up/throw/drag an average cat? According to a quick search on Google cats usually weight between 8 - 12 lbs.
I am asking because it was really windy today and I started worrying about stray animals, because it felt like even I could be blown away if the wind got any stronger.
