I have downloaded over 10 video converters none of which support SWF videos including but not limited to

Obviously I would like to convert the files to any popular or widely used format so they would be compatible with video editing programs. I.E AVI, MP4, or FLV
Can anyone recommend a program THAT WORKS!

@first answerer I am not downloading any video files genius I am recording video directly from my computer using Jing. SWF is a video format. Google it. Word of advice. Do you research before you answer a question.
