I workout for 3 hours a day 2/3 times a week and eat extremely healthy (low carb). I walk/run on the treadmill and use elliptical and do weight training but my upper legs are still a bit chunky, I need to tone them up and lose the last layer of fat on them. What exercises can I do so as to the fat melts away?? I was considering rope jumping for my upper legs, do you think it's effective? I'm 5 ft 6 tall, weigh 128 lbs.
