I'm a 13 yr old female, weigh 54.1kg and am 5"2. Does stationary cycling give me more muscle and 'tree' legs?? I would do it 5 times a week for 30 minutes. I am fairly muscly so I don't want to get anymore all and definitely don't want tree legs or thighs.
Will it give me a flat stomach too?
I don't mind toned legs just I really don't want any more muscle or tree legs.
