Ok I have 2 things I need help with!!

1. Sleeping habits.
Ok so I'm 14 so I have school and stuff but I always go to bed really late like normally between 12am-1:30am which is so stupid coz I have to be up at 7:00-7:00am for school. I try to get to sleep early coz I get so tired but I just get side tracked and it gets so late. My question is how can I get into a routine to go to bed early.

2. Also I am like a little bit chubby like I'm not fat but I just wasn't born with a skinny figure. I really want to lose a bit of weight. My mom won't let me get any gym equipment or anything and I live on a farm so I can't go to the gym... What can I do to lose some weight??
