About 5 days out of the week I'll wake up unreasonably early. I'll go to bed at 1230-1 and wake up anywhere from 5 to 7 feeling unrested. I have all the time in the world to sleep in but yet seem to keep waking up early. Keep in mind also, I'll wake up from 5-7 and most of the time I will sleep another hour at around 9 or 10.

Any advice?
