I am Catholic living in the USA. I live in a highly Catholic populated area, so I haven't experienced much discrimination or bullying based on that. I was just wondering what Catholics experience in a region where the religion is less common. Have you or someone you know been discriminated, stereotyped, or bullied based on being Catholic? If so, what happened? Is discrimination against a different religious group common in your area?
Yes, Catholics have discriminated against other religions (and races, ect.) in the past, and some continue to do so. By claiming that all Catholics do that is stereotyping.
