I want to go to med school in France, so I want to change my major to French. I'm currently a Biology major and I know that it's extremely difficult to get into med school if you major in Bio.
I've heard and read that you can major in virtually anything so long as you're getting the same prerequisites as science majors.
Is this true? Will I have a better chance of getting in if I change it?
Oh, and I love French. I tested out of 3 years of it for college in AP French in high school. I excel in the language but also do well in the sciences.
As long as my MCAT scores and such are good, I'll have a good chance as a French major, right? Even if I decide to stay in the US for med school?
