I have a 1995 chevy lumina. 3.1 engine. Since we've got it 7 months ago it has worked fine except the bolt on the starter is stripped and if we stopped the car a lot and start it up a lot then the car wouldn't start back up unless my husband would tighten the bolt or tap on the starter. Yesterday our car was working perfect. We got home and when we went to leave again it wouldn't start or even turn over. We have no lights either. No power at all. We checked the voltage on the battery and its perfect. All the fuses are good as well. We took the bottom dash from under the steering wheel off and messed with all the wires and the lights came back on. When we went to start the car all the lights went back off and nothing. This has happened 3 times now.
