Our internet download speed is 1.5MBps.
But I am downloading something using bittorrent (mac version), and it's download speed is only 0.4KBps. Why is that?

This is the first time that this happened. When I was downloading something before, it was really fast. But now, its reallllyyyyy slow. Please help?
Are 30 peers few? Because last night, the download speed went up to 900kbps. But when I woke up this morning, only 30% of the download are completed, and the download speed is 0.4kbps. :/
