Does this mean I'm bad at sport?

I'm 17, extremely fit and strong teenager, not clumsy, my co-ordination, reaction times are fine but I've basically never played sport, not since I was like 10, and I find it challenging when I play any team sport in PE,I mean I don't have a perfect kick for the football, I'm rubbish at running and dribbling a basketball or catching long distance throws, is this because of the fact that I don't play sport? Just curious because I might take up football, but don't see the point if it's because I might be naturally bad

In order to be good in any sport you should start at the age of 6,7 and then you have to practice regularly in order to improve your skills. In your case you never played sport in the last 7 years or so that is why you are not doing it good. But at 17 there is every chance that you become good in almost any sport, all you need to do is concentrate on a sport you wanna play the most and then make sure to give couple of hours to that sport and do hard work and in few months time you will be good enough to be competitive with your class mates
