I'm 16 years old and six feet tall and since its summer I frequently bike from home to neighboring cities. I bike at least 3 hours or more a day (I usually leave the house a 3 and return between 6-7 in the evening). Does cycling this long help me lose weight or is this maybe bad for me because I have Asthma?
