I think you shuld maybe go to the doctir and ask them what are good excercises to do....it also takes time to get ur arm to bend like back then just be patient and keep doin what ur doing it'll get easier try doing that 3 times a day for like 5 or 10mins....
Unless someone answering your question is a professional doctor then there's not much people on here can offer you, the only advice I can give is go to the doctor and ask her/him. That's about it
