how do i turn a text .doc code into a working html .jpg file?

I am trying to upload a working html button on twitch, but the only way to get the coding onto the website is through a picture, specifically a JPEG Image (.jpg). I already have all the coding, I just don't know how to turn a .doc code into a .jpg picture while keeping it a functioning html..

If a site offers customization by letting you upload a jpeg picture, you cannot upload something else entirely and expect it to work.
There's absolutely no way to somehow convert html code to jpg.
It's like printing a webpage and expecting the links to still be clickable.

Also, .doc? Are you writing code in Word...? Don't do that.
