I just made a batch of homemade salsa and well ate it all..that would be about 3-4 cups.. yeah I know I binged, but better than a bag of cookies, right?

I did not put any salt in it and I ate it by spoon (so NO chips with it)
I approximate the total calories at like 250-ish.

I am now really distended and bloated....any way I can make this go down or do I have to wait it out?
