If I upgraded from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion on my Mac would apps downloaded by torrents be lost?

I downloaded Apps such as Logic Pro and Adobe Premiere CS6 with torrents. If I upgraded would they be lost? If So, what should I do?

Don't trust Adobe torrents, most are backdoored

Well given that you stole those Apps, it's probably a good thing that most likely you will lose them. Plus there's a very good chance that even if you don't lose them, they won't work under Mountain Lion.
