Recently,my torrent(utorrent 3.2.1) started showing problems concerned with speed.I searched on the net and I upgraded to utorrent 3.3.1.But the problem still persists.I download only seeded torrents.The speed gradually decreases from 130 to 60 and sometimes even falls down to 0.1-0.9.Please help as I have a limited download limit.
