If I drink water during exercise, will it help me gain weight?

For example, if I drink water during a bodyweight calf raise, will the water weight go to the calf muscles that are being built instead of building weightless muscle?
I don't have any problem gaining muscle; it just usually does not have any weight. Even when I eat more, I usually don't gain much weight regardless of how much my circumferences change. Even if it's so much that it should be close to 50 pounds, it's still usually only a little bit. I've even gone from 42 pounds underweight to healthy without gaining much weight at all, even though I did not really lose any lean mass, and may have even gained lean mass -- just without weight.
