i just bought a exercise bike and it has calorie readings and distance travelled etc i never know when im on the "calories burnt" reading because there are so many settings. i eat around 800 calories a day so i am intending to burn around 1000 calories a day to lose fat. i go at around 18km not sure what that is in miles and im wandering how long it would take me to burn lets say 50 calories. with this knowledge i should get a better understanding of which setting is the "calories burned"
