I am looking to progress my fitness to quite a high level for the RAF. I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that gives a plan to keep to? E.g. I can do 25 press ups in a minute and I want to get to 37 in a minute. Is there a program that says its best to do 25 for a week and then progress e.t.c? If not then i'll have to do it by hand... yawn.
