I want to buy handset within 16000 or below with good camera. I have options Rs. 13000 appxMicromax A116 HD 5 inch screensize,8mp camera, quad core and Samsung Galaxy grand quattro which is Rs. 16000 appx 4.7 inch screen size and 5mp camera,quad core...which is better.
