I use to do cross fit, which at first gave me good results then quickly stopped producing results. I currently powerlift and do HIIT.

I do want to get back into cross-fit eventually, all I really want to know is what your opinion and experience with cross-fit is. Positive, negative, what you like, what you hate and common mistakes people make while doing it.
