At my University, I work in a dining center that is very restaurant-like. We perform all duties of the restaurant, not a specific area. For example, one part of my shift might include food prep, then serving food, then making food, then washing dishes, then mopping the floors. They literally will have us do all aspects of the business. So how can I professionally summarize that in my resume under the job description without putting every little detail?

I like to leave room for questions about my work experience, which is why I'd like to summarize what I do instead of just list everything.
