I constantly hear people tell me that Vista is a complete ripoff of OS X Leopard, but I really don't see what they're talking about. Can someone explain?

I know they both have a search bar, but if you think like that I guess Linux Mint is a rip off of OS X

It's not that I don't have an answer to this question, I have my own thoughts about this:
All operating systems borrow ideas and features from each other. For example, Microsoft has had right-clicking and preemptive multitasking in their operating systems long before Apple. As long as they aren't stealing source code from each other, who really cares? If operating systems didn't borrow features from each other, all operating systems would suck.

I just wanted to know what you guys think
