I Need PHP Programmer?

I am looking for a php programmer to help me in a creation of clan/game community website. It is required to know how to make login and registration form, chat box, vote, other forms for filling, forum(optional), member ranks, member points(and ways to add points), profiles. I have it all thought out, I have some ideas, which should attract members, but I can't realize it without php programmer.What I offer is a advertisement place for the programmer for his use forever. The site is planned to have a lot of members, so advertisement should bring a nice sum.
