    ...The colonies, 1775 population, why and who was Georgia the colony with the least population? This is was in 1775. I need to know WHY and WHO and WHAT. But i think the what is Georgia. The question is Who, What, and Why is the smallest proportion of population?

    Your question is incredibly unclear - so we'll have to guess what you're asking.

    Georgia was the least populated colony, because of two reasons:

    1. Later settlement after Oglethorpe initiated colonization there and named it for King George.

    2. The Creek and the Cherokee Nations were predominant Indian peoples, resistant to white incursion, and the British government had guaranteed no white settlers would cross the Appalachian Range to the west side to respect Indian property/settlement/autonomy.
