Im asking for a friend. Is it normal? maybe four days after when your doing a vigours workout? Such as running? Or your first time?

yes it's normal, and they're not only sore the first time depending on how rough you get ;-)

Yes, Yes and yes.....usually only after a long time or if it was playfully rough (not bad rough). ;-) Sometimes that extra jumping around can hurt ya.
Try finding a new position that won't hurt as much.
