Uhh bad idea. I know you keep getting this answer but take it from someone who knows
i got really high when i was about 17 and pricked a heart with a safety pin into my ankle than rubbed pen ink all over it. i mean its still there and permanant, but its really ugly and i couldve gotten a worse infection than i already did.
but if you have pro tools go for it just make sure you can actually draw

I wouldnt do it if it were me. I'd be afraid of the risk of getting an infection.

I really recommend you don't. HOWEVER if you do. Use something to sterilize the area. Make sure you use authentic Indian ink. Be safe.
