im internested in becoming a photographer wheni grow up, im 14 right now, but are there some classes i can take to like get me more aware with photography? like about the camera techniques ect. does any body know any places in LA? like maybe or colleges do that in the summer.

ALL colleges have photography classes. And they have classes for "adults" but that just mean people who don't want to be permanent students. So you don't have to worry about acceptance, etc..
Check around for college close to you. But many schools have age requirements so check first.

Since I started attending secondary, I have realized that I really want to be awedding photography LA and I want to be in line with the best in LA
