Good Graphics Card for playing games at 1024x760 res?

Please name some graphics card that can play games like COD 4 Gears of war Dirt Crisis(med-high) which are not very expensive(150-170$).I will buy in November.

In the price range you named the best is the nVidia GeForce 8800GT. That said, to pull medium in crysis and play any of the games you mentioned, an 8800GT is not required. I have a 256mb 3850 and it's enough for me 1680x1050 on max in Frontlines and Bioshock. It's hard to choose between those 3 for me for you, because the 3850 is enough, but the 9600GT is better with filters, but if you're at $125, you might as well jump to $140. Oh well, I leave it to you.
Here are links to specific brands of the cards I recommend considering:

Gigabyte 8800 GT OC 512mb with nice cooler:

Palit 9600GT 512mb with decent cooler:

Powercolor HD 3850 512mb with decent cooler:

Also check your power supply and make sure that an 8800GT won't be too much on it. If power consumption is an issue, the HD 3850 and 9600GT have the lowest power consumption by far.

You can calculate what power supply you need vs what you have using this PSU calculator, just do 20% again of capacitors and 100% peak load to be conservative:

The calculator seems to be down tonight.

If you want compared performance of these cards

Here are some game benchmarks of the cards I mentioned in different resolutions:
    COD4

    Crysis:

    Notes on others suggestions:
7900GTX, although pretty powerful, is not optimized to new games and really suffers for that reason. I had X1950Pro crossfire (same generation as 7900GTX, somewhat slower, but two of them) and it just can't keep up with my 3850 (1/2 to 2/3 performance in Frontlines), but they have the same raw power same 3dmark scores. Also $150 for a 7900GTX is outragious. It's worth about $75. 8600GT will give like 1/3 performance of 3850 for 2/3 the price, so don't go there.

Currently I have 8600GS M in my lappy, and it can play CRYSIS with bad fps since it is a mobile version. I suggest you get 8800GTX. My classmate ran Crysis, with his specs Core 2 Duo 3Ghz, 3 Gb RAM DDR2, and 8800GTX for his video card, but still he experiences(he sees) some slow movement...
