...suggestions Should I be doing bicep exercises everyday or one a week, twice etc. Also, I should be doing high weight, low reps right?

look up 10 sets of ten reps routine. coaches of olympic lifters put them on this routine when they want them to gain muscle mass quickly. you absolutely could not do this daily.
