I just bought the samsung impression from letstalk.com and extended my contract. However, I did not see an option for wireless phone insurance, and in the FAQ says it is available through the NCOA (which has not gotten verygood reviews) So I wanted to get it through AT&T... or something else legit. However since I did not buy my phone at an AT&T store or Att.com, will it work? lol I don't want to pay for insurance (add it to my plan online) and then come to find out they cannot help me if and when i break/lose my phone.
