Is Methane one of the 5 dangerous gases according to the EPA? IS it causing global warm... Oops climate change. This is Obama's carbon cap and tax program being passed by an agency that isn't elected. That way Obama can say, Uh hey uh it wasn't me. Everyone is pushing his agenda and he stays clean, he is the new Teflon president.

I wonder what the carbon tax will be on our own breathing? Will we have to offset it with a windmill or solar panel?
