I'm wondering how much a 50 cc dirt bike can carry and how much speed would it be able to go if I weigh 150? The bike goes 60 km/h.

You answered your own question.
I have a 50 and I am not small (220lbs). It hauls my fat a$$ all around at 33 mph more or less.
