A girl kissed and flashed me?

I am 21 and she is 20. We met at church and dated but we both agreed not to kiss or do anything inappropiate because it's against our religion. Then today, only 2 weeks of dating, we were alone in her room reading and out of nowhere she jumped on me and kissed me while trying to take my pants off but I didn't let her. I was trying to escape. She took her bra off and that's when I pushed her off me and ran out of the house. I was nervous when I went back to my house and told my mom what happened and she agreed that this is inappropiate behavoir.This is why we are going to file charges against her for sexual assault. She already called the lawyer to prepare for the case. Is there anything else we should do?

Girls have stronger hormones, and develop them earlier.

That wasn't a big assault because she didn't rape you...

You are seriously going to press charges? wow way to waste money. You could send the money to Africa for the hungry kids rather than report sexual abuse while you were in a relationship and she didnt even touch you.

i think it was a bit crazy to tell ur mom and file a report........but i do respect you for honoring ur religion.........u shouldnt do anything else

Yes, there are a few steps you should take. First, you should get a hobby that occupies your time, rather than making up BS questions on YA. Then, you should find a real, live girl (or boy, whatever you're into) that wants to kiss you, and go for it. Lastly, find a religion that lets you kiss people. I believe the list includes, well, most of them.

are you kidding? you're twenty years old and you're pressing charges for raging hormones? in that case every single human being needs to have charges brought against them, not just her. I am a very religious southern baptist woman and I think that you are blowing it out of proportion. just talk to her and tell her that you aren't comfortable with the way she behaved.
