Having cellphone troubles?

I purchased an LG Voyager back in November and i've been having some difficulties with it. At times it just randomly shuts off in my pocket, when im texting, or on the phone with someone. Sometimes the touch screen randomly just doesnt work and I have to flip the phone open and close it again for the screen to work again. I've shut the phone off manually, taken the battery out and put it back in and then turned it back on but that doesnt seem to help it at all. I've also updated the phone by calling the Verizon Update number.

1. Has anyone else had these problems with the LG Voyager?
2. If so, do you know what the problem is with it?
3. What should I do with the phone?

Thats defective try to return it if not. . .

Sell on ebay or craigslist as broken use the money you make towards a new one..
