Earth Science Question- Plate tectonics, Earth quakes etc.?

I need help! Could please answer the following questions. Thanks for taking your time to answer these questions.
    1. What is the name of the zone where convergent plate boundaries cause volacanoes to form?
    2. What type of boundaries would earthquakes and volcanoes occur at the same location?
    3. What type of convergent boundary is located between India and S.E. Asia?
    4. What is the name of the land formations that can form from an oceanic-oceanic collision?
    5. What is a break in the crust of the earth, where movement occurs called?
    6. What under water formation is always found near an oceanic-oceanic and oceanic-continental collision?

    1) that would be called a oceanic-continental collision, due to the heavier oceanic plate sub-ducting under the lighter "more buoyant" continental, the oceanic plate melts and creates magma.
2)earthquakes happen at all continental margins, but at both oceanic -continental collision (results in "strato" or composite volcanoes[think mt Fuji]) and oceanic divergent plate margins (create mafic shield volcanoes. i.e. mid Atlantic ridge)
3)that would be a continental- continental or "suture" collision.
4)an oceanic plate subducts under the other plate and is recycled as magma. Some of that magma can work its way to the surface, creating underwater volcanoes, some of which may eventually poke through the water's surface and create islands. The islands of Japan were formed in this manner.
    5) a fault or a suture
    6)volcanoes and earthquakes.

    hoped i helped!
