I have a great mirror that has always had a great reflection (skinny mirror!) and now that I've hung it, it has become a "fat" mirror - even the items that it reflects are extra curvy. Any suggestions?

Glass can bend a little. Sounds like the frame is not sturdy enough for the mirror. If you lay it flat on the floor, does the image look OK? If so you could re-frame it. Since that probably would be too expensive, perhaps you could have your local home improvement store cut you a piece of plywood, say 1/4" or better yet 3/8" thick slightly smaller than the FRAME, then using liquid nails or similar adhesive, glue the mirror to the plywood, only applying the glue to the frame. I would do this by laying the mirror face down on the floor and putting some weights on the plywood, letting it set over night. Of course you would have to remove whatever type of hangers the mirror has and reattach them to the back of the plywood, or attach a new hanger if needed.. By the way, Lowes and Home Depot will make the first two cuts to sheet of plywood for free. Also look for a half sheet size to save money if that will fit the job..
take down the mirror!! lol just kidding
i think you should feel good about your self no matter what
dont put your self down just for a stupid mirror :]

If this is a recent purchase, take it back to the store and get your money back. Then go out and look for a better mirror. Doesn't sound like a quality mirror.
