    JKR is definitely better
Stephenie Meyer is a bit repetitive with her descriptions
but i love both series of books and have read them all in both!! - at least three times!!

JKR of course and i will thumbs down any1 who says Meyer. Everyone can thumbs down me ... I don't care but I'm just want it known - Rowling is much better. That's the difference - JKR is a brilliant author whereas Meyer can't write to save her life. The idea of a vampire have safe-sex with a girl invites all teenagers, I'll admit it, but Harry Potter is a classic. Twilight is a phase!

Definitely J.K Rowling. Stephanie Meyer may have a nice way of writing that sucks readers in, but so does J.K Rowling, and J.K Rowling beats her in all other aspects. Not to say that Meyer is a bad writer, it's too cliched. What happened to creativity?

I honestly don't think you could compare the two authors. They have completely different writing styles and are both good in different ways! I love both of them!

I'm not a fan of JKR, but Rowling is better hands down.
